Marcos Welsh

Marcos Welsh is a teacher of conscious breathing and pranayama with more than 20 years of experience teaching yoga and breathwork across Europe, Asia, and Australia. Trained in the tradition of the International Sivananda Yoga School since 2003, he has accumulated over 4,000 hours of study and deep personal practice.

He collaborates closely and consistently each week with the international Sivananda organization, supporting translation and the training of new teachers during their retreats and international teacher trainings.

Throughout his career, he has guided thousands of people in transforming their physical, mental, and emotional well-being through the power of the breath. His approach blends classical yogic wisdom with clear, accessible, and safe teaching, making pranayama understandable for beginners and enriching for advanced practitioners who want a more conscious relationship with their vital energy.

Marcos specializes in teaching pranayama in a progressive and structured way, helping students regulate their nervous system, release blockages, heal emotional wounds, and reconnect with their inner strength. His mission is to restore people’s access to their breath as a tool for calm, clarity, and deep transformation.
